First-ever hybrid Canoe Heads creates tremendous impact for campers!
We are thrilled to announce that our first ever hybrid event, Amici’s Canoe Heads for Kids 2022 was a remarkable success! For the first time, we saw participants portaging and paddling along the waterfront AND virtual participants choosing their own Canoe Heads adventure from across Canada…all in support of Amici campers.
May 28 was truly the campiest day of the year, and it was amazing to see the Canoe Heads community back together at long last! A highlight of the day was hearing Amici camper Josiah speak about his camp experience, reminding all of our participants about how important summer camp is.
Whether you participated in-person or virtually, the enthusiasm, positivity and commitment to camp was certainly evident. We are thrilled to announce $254,171 raised in support of Amici campers!
Thank you to all of our participants, donors, sponsors and volunteers who helped make Canoe Heads for Kids possible. We are so grateful for your support in ensuring all Amici campers are able to return to camp at long-last in Summer 2022.
