  • When you make a donation you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card or other payment information.
  • When you sign up for our email updates you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, telephone number and email address.
  • When you submit a Camper Application or Renewal Form you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and information about your financial status as well as information about the name, sex, date of birth, school and legal guardian of the child for whom you are applying.
  • When you register for one of our fundraising events you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. You may be asked to provide other details, depending upon the nature of the event. For instance, by registering for the Highland Yard race you will be asked to provide your age, sex, ORA membership number and club affiliation.

Use and Disclosure

When personal information is collected from you, it may be used for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Communicating with you about Amici Camping Charity (through publications such as the Gull Rock Gazette or other newsletters), your application and/or your registration for fundraising events.
  • Administration of the Amici Camping Charity and its fundraising events.

Your personal information will not be used by us and we will not authorize any third party to use your personal information other than in accordance with these purposes.

Except as described in this privacy policy, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without first obtaining your consent to do so.
