Amici seeks out boys and girls from families who have limited financial means or have found themselves in the difficult situation of financial reversal. Amici children also have limited avenues through which they can develop the social skills, life skills, and support network associated with a camping experience.

Typically identified by a teacher, camp director, guidance counselor, or professional child-care worker, children are funded by Amici to attend one of our partner camps which are accredited by the Ontario Camps Association (OCA).

If a child is approved for funding, the parents/guardians will be asked to contribute a portion of the camp fee. This amount will be no less than a minimum of $60.

Funding decisions are also influenced by space availability at our partner camps .

New Campers: send in your application(s) as soon as possible as space is filling quickly.
